Meredith, Mere, MJ…I’ve heard it all. I recently finished my business degree and reside in a small town in Northern Vermont.
I feel that I am in a constant battle with my body. I get motivated. I lose weight. I gain weight. I give up. Repeat.
Well, I would like to change this. I would like to end this. Losing weight (and not finding it again) is all about changing your lifestyle. Don’t just change your eating habits and make sure you get your 30 minutes a day of cardio in. Learn to love yourself. Learn to find even the tiniest bit of pleasure in that run. Learn to dig deep when you don’t feel like digging at all. Changing your lifestyle is a journey. This is my journey.
