Im terrible at following through. Life gets in the way, too distracting. With regards to my last post…routines are everything. I wake up at 4:30 every morning to go to the gym and be at work at 8. Setting a routine and sticking to it is literally the key to your success.
I have lost 5 pounds in two weeks.
That is a huge accomplishment and gives me tremendous motivation to move forward. What has changed? Im regularly working out. No excuses. I can’t afford excuses anymore. I bought jeans 6 months ago and they are too small. Outgrowing clothes that fast is an expensive habit to get into. I am logging my food. Every method won’t work for everyone. Try keeping a food journal. Try My Fitness Pal or another calorie counter. It’s important to pay attention to your serving sizes because most of the time that is what gets us. For me, I joined Weight Watchers. I joined weight watchers because for me it is the easiest way to log my food. I don’t use any of the other tools, which may be useful to some of you.Whatever it is, find what works and stick to it.
